Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all ANAVRIN® tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
